  1. Why must you give your e-mail address and telephone number on the order form?
Otherwise we can’t send you any order information or contact you at short notice should we have any questions concerning your order.

2. Are dispatch costs levied per item or per order?
Dispatch costs are levied per entire order, irrespective of the number of items in the order.

3. Will my data be forwarded to a third party (e.g. for marketing purposes)?
All data with which we are entrusted is used solely to process the order and only with your consent. Please refer to our data protection information to find out exactly what happens to your data..

4. What do I do if I don’t like the lanyard?
Here is an excerpt from our General terms and conditions on this subject:
A right to revocation does not exist in accordance with § 312d, paragraph 4, clause 1 of the German Civil Code in the case of distance selling contracts for delivering goods which are manufactured to meet client specifications or clearly tailor-made to meet personal requirements, or goods which are unsuitable for returning due to their nature or which could perish quickly or which are out of date.

As, in this case, we are dealing with your personalised lanyards, an exchange or return in accordance with the above-mentioned provisions is out of the question. Please bear this in mind when submitting an order.

5. What do I do if a lanyard is damaged or the imprint is not in line with my requirements?
You should always contact us first by e-mail so that we can briefly discuss and clarify the problem.

6. When will I receive my delivery?
Due to the high demand for certain lanyard colours, delivery may be delayed. We will inform you of this immediately. As a rule, your items will be ready for dispatch in 3–4 days. See our list of parcel delivery service running times.

7. How much are the dispatch costs?
We pass on the dispatch costs to you at cost price with no additional charge. This means that you are charged the prevailing dispatch costs given at the time without a surcharge. The packaging material is also included in the purchase price. View our dispatch costs here.

8. Part of your delivery is missing?
We always try to send complete deliveries. Should part of your delivery nevertheless be missing, please inform us immediately and we will deliver it.

9. How do you return a delivery?
Please note that personalised goods may not be returned. We will pay the dispatch costs if the value of the goods exceeds 40 EUR. Please contact us before returning goods. This could help us to save unnecessary dispatch costs.

10. Do you also deliver abroad?
YES! We deliver to all EU countries, as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland.
Special dispatch costs apply for dispatches abroad..
NOTE! If you order from a non-EU country you are responsible for paying duty on the goods. You may have to pay customs duty for having our items imported.
We request that EU clients who are companies state their VAT registration number when ordering.

11. How do you cancel an order?
Please inform us immediately (within 24 hours) if you wish to cancel your order. You may only withdraw your order within this period, as the goods are personalised and produced digitally. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us in writing and quote your order number.

12. Would you like to sponsor our LAN party/event/community?
Perhaps! Write to us and tell us briefly about the event/community and how you imagine the sponsorship to work. Perhaps together we can come up with a solution. Use our contact form for this.

Delivery & dispatch
Delivery within Germany:
Delivery within Germany is free of charge if the order amount is 60 euros or above!
If the order amount is less than 60 euros, we charge 4,50 euros for the transportation and packaging of the goods.
Dispatch within Germany is carried out by Deutscher Paket Dienst (German parcel service).
Deutscher Paket Dienst does not deliver on Saturdays.
To ensure that your items arrive at their destination, we have chosen to send them by parcel service and not by letter post.

Delivery times within Germany:
As a rule, all items ordered from us are delivered within 4–5 working days after the day the order was placed, provided that payment has been received. Delivery of items which are not in stock may be delayed by 1–2 days.

Delivery outside of Germany:
Deliveries outside of Germany are carried out by Deutsche Post AG.

You must transfer the total invoice amount to our bank account. The ordered goods are sent out once the amount has been paid into our bank account. Please enter your invoice number and the invoice date on the transfer slip

Your credit card data is transmitted to us via an SSL-encoded connection. When paying by credit card you can also send us your payment data “offline”.
Simply select the “Cash in advance” payment method. Then give us your credit card data (credit card company, credit card number, expiry date and CVV code) by fax.

    Direct debit (only in Germany)  
   

Direct debit is the convenient and safe way for you to pay for your orders without the hassle of having to fill in time-consuming transfer slips. Payment by direct debit is only possible if you have a current account at a German bank. If you would like to pay by direct debit, please enter your account number, sort code and the name of the account holder in the designated fields. Please note that you must have sufficient funds in your account to cover the costs. When paying by direct debit the money is debited from your account in advance. We will send you the goods on receipt of payment.

All prices quoted include statutory VAT (currently 19%). The percentage of VAT on the total amount will be shown on each invoice.

 
           
      How do we protect your data?
   
      We give you the possibility to convey your order and all associated data coded at us by safe servers transmission (so-called "Secure Socket Layer", SSL). For this 128-bit coding procedure, which was developed by the company Thawte, one of the market leader within the range of the coding technology, is available. If you should have difficults with the use of our Secure server may 2 causes possible: Either your Browser is incompatible, which is possible in very few cases, or your computer is protected by an internal Firewall or something like that.

REFERENCE!
Our Shop is merged, the safety symbol in your Browser is not indicated as Frame. The transmission of your personal data effected however nevertheless with a 128-bit coding and is thus safe.

The data are only so long stored on our servers, which is hostet in Germany and is protected by most modern safety engineering against unauthorized third accesses , until your order was completed and the time interval elapsed, in which you can use your right of revocation. Subsequently, the data are deleted by our Web servers and exist only in the bookkeeping of our local network. By this proceeding you are forced to enter with each order again your address data; we consider this expenditure however quite justified, in order to be able to ensure an optimal protection of the data.
